Mary Ann Cloyd

Mary Ann Cloyd is a seasoned corporate leader, board director, and advocate for empowering women in leadership. She serves on the boards of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. (NYSE: FDP), Ekso Bionics (NASDAQ: EKSO), and NCMIC Group, Inc., where she chairs Audit Committees and contributes to Governance and Finance Committees. At Ekso Bionics, she also serves as Lead Independent Director, guiding innovation and strategy.

During her 25-year career at PwC, Mary Ann held numerous leadership roles, including serving on PwC’s Global and US Boards of Partners and Principals. As Chair of the Risk Management, Ethics & Compliance Committee, she influenced governance practices and strategic decisions. She also led PwC’s Governance Insights Center, advising boards, CEOs, and senior executives on corporate leadership.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mary Ann is deeply committed to her community. She serves as Vice Chair and Finance Committee Chair of the Geffen Playhouse, a member of the Caltech Associates Board, and the UCLA Iris Cantor Women’s Center Advisory Board, among others. Her past service includes leadership roles with the PwC Charitable Foundation, California Chamber of Commerce, and Junior Achievement of Southern California.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Baylor University, Mary Ann’s journey from small-town Texas to global boardrooms is captured in her inspiring memoir, The Audacity to Wonder. Through her writing and leadership, Mary Ann continues to empower and inspire the next generation of women leaders.
